This programme is a highly interactive workshop to experience how simple this can be achieved. Throughput times can be halved, waste can be significantly reduced, yields increased and Customer Service levels dramatically increased. Attendees are part of a simulation exercise to maximise profits given the constraints of the exercise. They will understand techniques that can be implemented immediately in their work environment. A process can be either design, manufacturing, transactional or service based.
