Course Outline
Developing a Lean Sigma Strategy for your Organisation
The results of Lean Sigma deployments range from significant successes to non-events. Many executives go through the motions of deploying Lean/Six Sigma throughout their organisations only to find that it has evolved to another fad improvement program with delusionary results. Much of this can be traced back to weaknesses in essential factors: business improvement strategy, leadership, deployment planning, change awareness, organisational culture and consistent communication.
Lean/Six Sigma is a powerful enabler of transformation when the correct infrastructure and foundation is established right up front. Yet many organizations overlook the importance of this critical foundation and begin their Lean/Six Sigma deployment by training the masses and measuring how many "belts" have been accumulated in each department. This approach to Lean/Six Sigma will not provide the results you expected. This workshop outlines the building blocks for a successful deployment.
